Jennifer Foutch

Jennifer Foutch is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical management and nursing services. Currently serving as Clinical Manager at CenterWell Home Health since January 2021, Jennifer previously held the role of Clinical Team Manager and Director of Clinical Management at Kindred at Home from March 2016 to the present. Prior to that, Jennifer was the Director of Nursing Services at Eden Springs Health and Rehab from 2014 to March 2016. Educational credentials include a Master's of Nursing in Nursing Education from Florida State University and a Master of Education in Mathematics from the University of Louisville.
