Nathan Pettibon

Nathan Pettibon has over a decade of experience in technical support and business analysis. Currently serving as an Associate Business Analyst at Kindred at Home since November 2011, Nathan supports the service desk manager by tracking performance and modifications in the ServiceNow application while collaborating with management to set project schedules. Prior roles at Kindred at Home include Sr Application Support Analyst and Application Support Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed resolving support tickets and training new team members. Earlier experience at ISPN involved troubleshooting TCP/IP issues and working with various network types. Nathan holds a High School Diploma from Bronaugh R-7 High School and attended Ozark Technical College from 2006 to 2007.
