Scott Baker

Scott Baker has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations for the Hospice Division at Gentiva Health Services since March 2013. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director of Clinical Services at Florida Hospital HospiceCare from March 2009 to March 2013, where responsibilities included providing clinical leadership across homecare and inpatient settings and managing regulatory issues related to Joint Commission Certifications and Licensure. Scott also served as the Director of Case Management at Florida Hospital Fish Memorial from March 2005 to September 2008. Scott’s education includes studies at Daytona State College and Rollins College.
