James K.

James K. serves as the Head of Information Security at Kindred Group plc since October 2015, where responsibilities encompass building and leading the Information Security Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (Security GRC) framework. Key areas of focus include security policy development, identity and access management, IT compliance, and vendor security management. Notable achievements include launching a new Information Security Management System (ISMS) framework and structuring a compliance program to meet GDPR and other regulations. Previously, James K. held the role of Information Security Officer and has extensive experience in web development and IT support through various positions at organizations such as Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and AOL Europe. James K. holds a Master’s degree in Information Security and multiple degrees in computing and enterprise development.
