Yvonne Laing

Yvonne Laing has extensive work experience in the field of HR and compensation. Yvonne has served in various roles in different companies, including Director of Benefits & Compensation at Harden Healthcare, LLC, Director HR at Scott & White Healthcare, and Manager Compensation at The Methodist Hospital System. Yvonne has also worked as an Associate Director at US Oncology, Senior Specialist at Enron, Senior Personnel Consultant at Reliant Energy, and HR Administrator at Dresser Industries. Their responsibilities have included managing compensation plans, implementing performance management systems, designing bonus plans, and providing HR consulting and support to executives and business leaders. Yvonne has a strong background in goal alignment, pay for performance strategies, and organizational structure design.

Yvonne Laing completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo between 1967 and 1971. Later, they pursued a master's degree in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001.
