Sarah Schedler

Sarah Schedler has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sarah currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Talent at Kinective, where they are responsible for leading the people and culture strategy for the company. Previously, they worked at MRI Software, where they held various senior roles, including Senior Vice President, NA People & Culture and Senior Vice President, Global Talent Management & Facilities. In these roles, they oversaw talent acquisition, human resources, DEIB, and global facilities teams, supporting thousands of employees across multiple countries. Sarah also has experience as a Vice President of Talent Management, Director of Talent Management, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to their time at MRI Software, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at BCG & Company and as a Recruiting Specialist at Staffing Solutions Enterprises.

Sarah Schedler holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Advertising/Public Relations, Marketing from Marietta College.
