Aaron Kratt

Aaron Kratt is a Senior Human Performance Specialist at Kinectrics, with extensive experience in safety and human performance initiatives, continuous improvement, training development, and companywide safety trending. Prior to this, Aaron was a Systems Engineer at MDA Space Missions, where Aaron worked on space station robotics, including the integration and testing of 'DEXTRE', a robot for the International Space Station. Aaron holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Propulsion from the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science - Aerospace from the University of Toronto.
