Nicholas Jairam

Nicholas Jairam is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate in Addressable Strategy & Activation at Matterkind since June 2022, following a role as Associate Trainee in the same department. Previously, Nicholas worked at NYC Health + Hospitals from June 2020 to June 2022 as a Resource/After-Care Navigator, assisting individuals affected by COVID-19 and Long-COVID using Salesforce Lightning and Twilio. Nicholas also has experience as a private tutor from October 2019 to April 2020, providing tailored instructional approaches for elementary-level students. Earlier roles include serving as a Security Guard at Jesus Son of Mary Mosque/Wellspring Elementary & Middle School from April 2017 to January 2020, where safety measures were implemented for a large number of children. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from The City College of New York and an Associate's degree from CUNY York College, in addition to completing a COOP Apprenticeship in early 2022.
