David Merrick Dougherty

David Merrick Dougherty has worked in the technology industry for over 15 years. David Merrick began their career in 2005 as Principal, Vice President of Innovation at Trapeze. In 2011, they co-founded Kinetic Commerce and served as both Co-Founder and CEO. In 2021, they joined Ascendis as a Partner and The Foresight Studio as an Advisor and Consultant.

David Merrick Dougherty obtained their MBA from the University of Ottawa in 2000, where they studied Business, Marketing, and Psychology. David Merrick then went on to pursue an Honours degree from The University of British Columbia in Interactive Design & Technology, which they completed in 2002.
