Troy Michaud

Troy Michaud has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Troy began their career in 1995 as an IT Consultant at MITI. In 1998, they joined ipix as an IT Systems Analyst. In 2001, they moved to Canadian Tire as a Technical Architect/Team Lead. In 2003, they were promoted to Senior Infrastructure Planner at Canadian Tire Financial Services. In 2005, they joined Symcor as Technology Services Manager - Enterprise Archive Implementation and Support. In 2009, they were appointed Acting VP IT Operations at QuickPlay Media, followed by Director of IT and IT Operations. In 2013, they joined Digiflare as SVP Technology and Operations and VP of Engineering. In 2015, they were appointed Senior Vice President Technology & Operations at mobileLIVE Inc. In 2016, they were appointed CEO and Chief Technology Officer at Kinetic Commerce.

Troy Michaud received their Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of New Brunswick in 1995, and a BSC in Marine Biology and a BSc in Biology from the same university between 1991 and 1994.
