Phuong Cao

Phuong Cao, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits at Acelity since January 2014, Phuong has previously held key HR leadership roles, including Human Resource Manager at Natural Markets Food Group and Region Human Resource Manager for Sears Holdings Corporation, overseeing HR for 127 Kmart stores in the Southeast Region. Phuong's foundational experience includes various positions within Sears, including responsibilities in corporate compensation analysis and HR generalist support. Prior to corporate HR roles, Phuong gained valuable experience in university residence life, supervising staff and advising student organizations. Phuong holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Asian Studies from the University of Cincinnati.
