Natalie Rogerson

Natalie Rogerson has an extensive background in Human Resources, starting as an HR Coordinator at Contiki Resort in 2002. Natalie progressed to roles such as HR Manager at Grand Mercure Hotel, Senior HR Business Partner at Virgin Australia, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Masters Home Improvement. Natalie then took on roles at ME Bank and Camp Australia before becoming the Head of Human Resources at Kinetic IT in 2022.

Natalie Rogerson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business - Hospitality Management from The University of Queensland, completing their studies from 1997 to 1999.
