Erkka Niemi

Erkka Niemi, PhD, serves as the Founding Partner and Chair of the Board at Voland Partners, a hands-on technology growth investor, since September 2021. Concurrently, Erkka holds the position of Board Member at Luxid, which focuses on accelerating business growth through end-to-end marketing, and serves as Chair of the Board for both Profit Consulting Oy and Consultor Finland, following their merger aimed at growth multiplication. Additional roles include Advisor to the Board at Cloud1 Oy and Kinetive Oy, and Chair of the Board at Softico Oy and Darc Oy, a management consultancy firm. Erkka previously contributed as Advisor to the CEO and Chief Technology Officer at Unikie. Academic credentials include a PhD in Information Systems and an MSc in Finance, Economics, and English communications, both from Aalto University.
