Josh Hutchins

Josh Hutchins has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 2006, they worked as an Account Executive at ABC & FOX until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, where they were responsible for sourcing and hiring at all levels. Josh then joined Adecco as an Executive Recruiter from 2011 to 2013, handling full-cycle recruiting and building candidate pipelines. Following this, from 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Staffing Consultant at Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services, sourcing and interviewing therapists for school-based therapy jobs. Josh'smost recent role is at Kinetix, where they have held various positions since 2014. Josh started as a Talent Acquisition Manager before transitioning to a Recruiting Manager and Coach. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Recruiting. At Kinetix, they have helped growth companies acquire and retain the best talent through their recruitment process outsourcing and HR consulting services.

Josh Hutchins attended Shiloh High School from 1996 to 2000. Josh then went on to study at Georgia Southern University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Production.
