Linda Padierna

Linda Padierna has a diverse work experience, starting as an Office Manager/Human Resource Associate at City Auto Salvage & Towing from 1994 until 2000. Linda then joined UTMB as an Administrative Associate from 2000 to 2002, where they were responsible for maintaining personnel records and coordinating with various departments. Linda then took on the role of Administrative Specialist/HR Liaison at UTMB from 2002 until 2007, where they handled the creation of new positions, hiring and separations, and salary changes. From 2007 to 2015, Linda worked as an HR Associate/Sr. Nurse Recruiter at UTMB, where they recruited inpatient nursing staff and worked closely with HR peers and nursing directors/managers. In 2015, Linda joined Kinetix as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, where they currently work.

Linda Padierna obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A) degree in Business Administration and General Studies from Galveston College in the years 1997 to 1999. Later, they pursued higher education at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2013 to 2015, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Administration.
