Matt Havins

Matt Havins has over six years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Matt began their career as an Assistant Manager and Account Manager at Knight Arthur Promotions Inc. in 2014. Later that year, they joined Engage2Excel as a Recruiter, where they utilized proactive recruiting approaches and conducted in-depth phone interviews. In 2020, Matt transitioned to Northwest Texas Healthcare System as a Nurse Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruiting of nurses and clinical personnel. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Kinetix, a recruitment process outsourcing firm. In this role, they leverage an integrated services model to help clients acquire and retain top talent.
