Ranjan Batra

Ranjan Batra has a strong background in the field of industrial robotics and automation. Ranjan worked as a Principal Engineer at TÜV SÜD, where they managed a strategic technology program and led a project team in developing a TIC software product. Prior to that, they were the Lead for Solutions Research and Electrical Engineering at SESTO Robotics, where they oversaw new solutions development and product system architecture. Ranjan also gained experience at HOPE Technik Pte Ltd, where they worked on the design and development of Autonomous Guided Vehicles and low-level software. In addition, Ranjan worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Omron Adept Technologies, specializing in system engineering with mobile robots. Ranjan began their career as an Engineer at ABB, where they gained valuable experience in systems engineering and project management. Throughout their career, Ranjan has demonstrated expertise in robotics, electrical engineering, system architecture, and software development.

Ranjan Batra holds a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from BMS Institute of Technology and Management from 2002 to 2006. Before entering college, they completed their high school education at Don Bosco School, Alaknanda, New Delhi, focusing on Science with Computers from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they completed their basic schooling till the 10th standard at Gyan Bharati School, Saket, New Delhi from 1988 to 1999.

In terms of additional certifications, Ranjan Batra obtained a Business Presentation Skills Training from SecondNature International in January 2021. Ranjan also acquired the certification of Functional Safety Engineer in accordance with IEC 61508:2010 from TÜV SÜD in February 2020.
