Tamara Bauman is a dedicated community organizer and housing advocate with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently, Tamara serves as a Community Organizer at the Lived Experience Coalition, focusing on the development of a new "Mental Health Advocacy and Wellbeing" Committee. Concurrently, Tamara holds the position of CoC System Performance Committee Co-Chair at the King County Regional Homelessness Authority, overseeing the HMIS database and fostering new local metrics for impactful collective work.
