Fabiola Medina

Fabiola Medina is currently a Social Work Intern at King David Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation since September 2023. Prior to this role, Fabiola served as an MLTC Liaison at INCARE HOME HEALTHCARE, INC. from June 2017 to December 2022. Experience also includes working as a Clinic Receptionist at Dr. Mark B Lew LCC from September 2015 to April 2017 and an internship at NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn in early 2015. Fabiola is pursuing education at City Tech, CUNY, from 2022 to the present.
