Kristina Devčić

Kristina Devčić is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and product ownership. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner at KING ICT since October 2019, Kristina leads scrum teams and manages product backlogs while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions. Prior experience includes roles at InSky Solutions and Sedam IT, where Kristina conducted client assessments, developed CRM strategies, and improved business processes. In earlier positions at OT-Optima Telekom d.d. and its subsidiaries, Kristina held directorial roles overseeing operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and the development of customer care systems. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Post and Telecommunications Traffic from the University of Zagreb, along with additional educational qualifications in economics and ongoing studies in organization and informatics.
