Brian Winfield

Brian Winfield is an experienced Senior Research and Development Chemist at King Industries, where responsibilities include leading research on next-generation lubricant additives tailored for highly refined and synthetic base oils, as well as developing a cleaner, more sustainable production process for alkylated naphthalenes. Previously, Brian held the position of Research and Development Chemist, focusing on innovating rust inhibitors and improving manufacturing processes for NA-SULs and NA-LUBEs. Prior to this, Brian gained practical experience as a Chemist Intern at Cytec Solvay Group. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a Biochemistry Concentration from Sacred Heart University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
