Holly Shearer

Holly Shearer, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Holly is currently the Director of HR at King Plastic Corporation since July 2017. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Manager at Marine Concepts from December 2015 to July 2017. Before that, they served as an Hr Manager at Eye Centers of Florida from March 2014 to December 2015, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as HRIS management, recruiting, policies and procedures, employee relations, benefits administration, and employment records.

Earlier in their career, Holly held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Willough at Naples from October 2012 to March 2014. Holly also worked as an Admin & HR Supervisor at LARC, Inc. from January 2012 to October 2012.

Holly began their educational journey at Chaparral High School from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a general degree. Later, they attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1999 to 2000, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR. Holly continued their studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2000 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Holly has also obtained two important certifications in the field of Human Resources. In January 2014, they became a certified SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) through HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute). The following year, in January 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
