Billy Ward

Billy Ward currently serves as an ANR Extension Agent at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, since November 2020, and has been a Deputy Assessor for Johnson County Government since January 2015. Additionally, Billy has held positions as an Adjunct Instructor and Course Designer at King University since June 2013, as well as served as an Adjunct Instructor at Appalachian State University from August 2013 to May 2014. Billy holds a Master’s degree in Appalachian Studies from Appalachian State University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Appalachian Studies from East Tennessee State University (1999-2003).
