Katy Stigers

Katy Stigers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, administration, and education. Currently serving as Vice-President of Research at Fahe since May 2018 and as a member of The Post since 2023, Stigers has held various significant roles including Research Director and Adjunct Faculty at King University, where courses on U.S. topics are developed and taught. Previous positions include Development and Communications Administrator at YWCA NETN and SWVA, where leadership was provided in fundraising and advocacy, and roles in communications with FC Dallas TRI and Knoxville Soccer LLC. Stigers also served as Head Coach for Women's Soccer at Virginia Intermont College, establishing a new program and achieving academic excellence with the team. With a strong academic background including advanced degrees from Emory University and a Ph.D. program in Public Administration at Virginia Tech, Stigers has made impactful contributions to both educational and community sectors.
