Leigh Grubb

Leigh Grubb is a seasoned finance and corporate services professional currently serving as the Group Director of Corporate Services and Executive Director of Finance at Kingdom Housing Association since November 2023. Previously, Leigh held the position of Director of Finance and Governance at Caledonia Housing Association Limited, managing finances for a social landlord serving over 5,500 customers. With extensive experience in leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Thorntons Investment Management Ltd and various senior positions at Alliance Trust, Leigh has overseen significant projects, operational enhancements, and strategic initiatives, contributing to the successful management of substantial assets and staff across multiple organizations. Academic qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAS and a BAcc in Accountancy with Business Finance from the University of Dundee.
