Kendra Holybee

Kendra Holybee, SPHR, has extensive work experience in HR leadership roles. Kendra is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Kingdom One, where they provide critical leadership to the Executive Leadership Team and oversees daily operations. Previously, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kingdom One, leading the HR Talent Group and collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to achieve the organization's vision and mission.

Before joining Kingdom One, Kendra worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Chick-fil-A, Central Riverside, where they provided strategic guidance to senior leaders and aligned HR initiatives with business objectives. Kendra also served as a Sr. Human Resources Leader at Sandals Church, where they championed a world-class culture and expanded the organization from 2 to 9 locations.

Earlier in their career, Kendra worked as an HR Generalist & Recruiter at Riverside Medical Clinic, managing full-cycle recruiting and compensation administration. Kendra also gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Air Force Village West and started their career as a Receptionist at South Pacific Financial Corp.

Kendra Holybee, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their general education at Ramona High School from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their education, Kendra has obtained various certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2019, Talent Optimization Consultant from The Predictive Index in 2019, California HR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2020, and Certified Enneagram Coach from Gospel Enneagram in 2022.
