Whitney Seifman

Whitney Seifman has extensive experience in human resources and career coaching roles. Whitney Seifman, is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Crossing, a Christian Church since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Director and Manager of Compensation at Kingdom One from November 2021 to July 2022 and from August 2022 respectively. From March 2020 to November 2021, Whitney worked as a Career Coach at Seifman & Company, where they provided personalized coaching and career strategies to professionals. Whitney Seifman, has also held senior and manager-level positions in compensation at MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked in various HR and community relations roles at NV Energy and as the Director of Public and Campus Relations at Associated Students of the University of Nevada.

Whitney Seifman, MHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master's Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Nevada, Reno, completing their studies between 2006 and 2011. Whitney Seifman, also holds additional certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, MBTI Certified Professional from CPP, Inc., and Predictive Index Analyst from Advisa.
