Ronnie Mainieri

Dr. Mainieri received his PhD from New York University for research on the interplay between statistical mechanics and dynamical systems. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory and later a staff member after spending some time as a NATO and a Fulbright Scholar at the Niels Bohr Institute. He co-authored “Introduction to Quantum Computers” and early drafts of the “ChaosBook”. He co-founded the Institute for Physical Science, which focused on data-driven political science and PermissionBit, which uses machine learning to detect computer breaches.
