Uzoaku Osele

Uzoaku Osele has a significant amount of experience in the payments and fraud industry. From December 2017 to June 2019, they worked at KingMakers, starting as a Payment/Product Specialist and later becoming a Payments Manager. During this time, they focused on developing scalable processes and preventing industry-specific fraud. In July 2019, they were promoted to Head, Payments and held this position until February 2023. In February 2023, they transitioned to the role of Head of Payment and Fraud, where they continued to optimize processes and identify potential fraud issues. Prior to their time at KingMakers, Uzoaku worked at Konga Online Shopping Ltd as a Payment Analyst from November 2013 to April 2017, and as a Senior Analyst-Payment from April 2017 to December 2017.

Uzoaku Osele obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Lagos, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Financing of Terrorism Training Laws & Regulations For Designated Non-Financial Institutions in Nigeria from the Compliance & Associated Training Centre in December 2019.
