Jamie Parsons

Jamie Parsons, FACHE, CHHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at King's Daughters Medical Center since December 2022. Previously, Jamie held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources and CHRO at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, which operates in the Greater Cincinnati region, from 2018 to December 2021. Experience includes serving as VP/Chief Human Resources Officer at Mountain States Health Alliance, where Jamie oversaw HR functions for a large healthcare system, and earlier roles at Nash Healthcare Systems, Saint Francis Hospital, and River Park Hospital. Jamie has also contributed to the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration as a Board Member and served in various capacities, including Vice President and President. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's in Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, with a focus on Health Care, both from Marshall University.
