Rachael Balchin

Rachael Balchin is currently the Vice President of People & Culture at KingSett Capital. Prior to this role, Rachael held various positions at KPMG Global and KPMG Canada, where Rachael worked in strategy, operations, and HR roles. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph, Rachael has a wealth of experience in talent attraction, employee engagement, and performance & reward management.
