Kendall Pretzer

Kendall Pretzer is an experienced executive in the real estate and operations management sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President at Grace Hill since October 2018. Kendall has been a consultant for Global Apartment Advisors since January 2016 and founded the Strategic Solution in September 2000, which specializes in operations support and best practices in the industry. Previous roles include Senior Regional Manager at Gables Residential and Operations Manager at Archstone, along with significant training and marketing leadership positions at Trammell Crow Residential and Gables Residential. Kendall holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and has a foundational education from Baylor University.
