Margot Carlés

Margot Carles is a Vice President with Kingsley Gate Partners. Margot specializes in recruiting senior executives and counselling clients and candidates on leadership and performance matters.

Before joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Margot was a consultant with Caldwell. Previously, she worked with Spencer Stuart for 11 years as a senior associate in charge of managing end-to-end projects for national and multinational companies in different areas such as Energy, Mining, Retail and Finance.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Margot spent more than 5 years in Malba (Latin American Art Museum of Buenos Aires) as director for the Friends Association. She was in charge of the development of various educational and fundraising programs for the museum. At the same time, Margot worked in artists’ development as well as in the organization of art fairs and exhibitions in Cultural Centers.

Early in her career, she worked with nonprofit organizations and public institutions specializing in mental health.

Margot is a psycho-pedagogical specialist graduated from CAECE University and she has an arts degree from Palermo University. Margot is also a certified coach from Newfield Consulting.

Margot is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and also speaks Portuguese. Margot is based in our Buenos Aires location.
