Elizabeth Kingston is the CEO and Founder of Kingston Human Capital, established in January 2013, where the focus is on addressing talent attraction challenges for industry-leading organizations. Prior to this role, Elizabeth served as Executive Manager and Team Leader at Randstad following the rebranding of LINK Recruitment, where Elizabeth worked as a Principal Consultant after LINK Recruitment was acquired by Randstad. Elizabeth's career in talent acquisition began at Integral HRM as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from January 2003 to June 2006.
