Chia Karol Metelski

Karol Metelski, CHIA, currently serves as an Associate and Investment Analyst at KINGSTONE Real Estate since February 2021. Previously, Karol worked as a Capital Markets Junior Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, where responsibilities included financial modeling to analyze investment opportunities, preparing hotel marketing materials for over ten deals, and producing market-specific studies. Karol's professional journey also includes roles in business development at PT Embrio Hospitality and a food and beverage trainee position at InterContinental Davos. Early experiences include working as a sailing instructor and a trainee at Crowne Plaza Hotel Nairobi, with a focus on service and kitchen operations. Karol holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in Hospitality Management with International Hotel Development and Finance from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, as well as A-levels in Business Studies, Food Studies, and Mathematics from Hillcrest Secondary School in Nairobi.
