Pawel Sobolewski

Pawel Sobolewski has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Pawel is currently serving as the Head of Fund Management at KINGSTONE Real Estate since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Fund Management at the same company from April 2022 to February 2023. Before joining KINGSTONE Real Estate, Pawel held significant positions at Real I.S. AG, including Director of Fund Management Institutional Funds from May 2018 to March 2022, Director of Fund Management Club Deals from November 2015 to April 2018, and Fund Manager for Retail Funds from October 2013 to October 2015. Pawel also had a short-term role at Alvarez & Marsal as part of the Transaction Advisory team from February 2013 to May 2013. Pawel has experience in feasibility analysis risk management from their time at Deloitte Consulting as a Feasibility Analysis Risk Management specialist from October 2012 to February 2013. In addition, they worked at ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H. & Co. KG as a Transaction Management professional from August 2012 to October 2012, and at Allianz as an International IT Controlling specialist from January 2012 to June 2012.

Pawel Sobolewski has a strong educational background in business economics and real estate asset management. Pawel holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, which they obtained between 2007 and 2011. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to attend the University of California, Riverside as an exchange student in 2009.

Building upon their bachelor's degree, Sobolewski pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, completing it from 2011 to 2013. This further expanded their knowledge and expertise in the field.

In 2017, Sobolewski attended the IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School for a short duration. Here, they focused on Real Estate Asset Management and obtained a certification in this area. This educational experience equipped him with specialized skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.

In addition to their formal education, Sobolewski has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. These include the Certified Floor Trader certification from Eurex and an Entrepreneurship Certificate from the Entrepreneurship Center at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Pawel has also taken the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
