Lucy Whitehead

Lucy Whitehead has had a diverse range of roles and experiences in the financial industry. Lucy is currently working as the Chief Client Officer at Kingswood Group since July 2021. Prior to this, they were the Client Journey & Experience Lead at Schroders Personal Wealth from June 2019 to July 2021. Before joining Schroders, Lucy worked at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held various positions such as Product Owner, Financial Planning and Retirement from June 2018 to July 2019, Product Owner, Client and Advice Transformation from October 2015 to July 2018, and Senior Manager Customer Experience and NPS, Wealth from June 2013 to September 2015. Lucy has also worked at Lloyds Bank as a Customer Experience Manager, International Banking from January 2010 to June 2012, and at LLoyds TSB as an Integration Manager, Major Corporates from January 2008 to January 2010, and as a Strategy Manager, Corporate Banking from April 2007 to January 2008.

Lucy Whitehead obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Economics from the University of West of England. Lucy completed this degree between the years 2000 and 2003, earning a 2:1 classification. Additionally, Lucy attended the University of the West of England for an unspecified period of time, where they studied International Business Economics.
