Mike Megna

Mike Megna is the VP Finance & Chief Accounting Officer at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry.

Mike started their career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Senior. Mike then joined Helix Technology as the Assistant Controller. In 2004, they became the Corporate Controller/ CAO of BioSphere Medical, Inc.

In 2011, Mike Megna joined Harvest Power, Inc. as the Corporate Controller. Mike stayed with the company for about a year before joining LFB USA as the Senior Vice President Finance & Accounting in 2014. Mike was with LFB USA until 2018 when they joined Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals.

Mike Megna has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Siena College. Mike is also a Certified Public Accountant from New York.
