Matt Buffington

Matt Buffington has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the software development and healthcare industries. Matt is currently the CEO of KinISO Software, where they set the company's mission, vision, and direction. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member at the Texas Healthcare Advisory Council, where they focused on membership and community engagement. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Recruiting and Sales at Motivity Labs, where they managed software development projects and new business development. Before that, they founded and served as the President of Dynamic Global, a staffing and recruiting solutions provider specializing in IT and healthcare industries. In this role, they offered services such as revenue cycle management and sales & marketing.

Matt Buffington received a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from the University of Central Arkansas in 1994.
