Margaret Garrou is a seasoned professional in user experience research and product development, currently serving as a User Experience Researcher at Kibeam Learning since July 2023. In this role, Margaret is responsible for building a user testing network and database, coordinating test sessions, and collaborating with various teams to inform design decisions through testing with children aged 3-7. As a co-founder and Product Developer at Pinwheel Design, established in October 2019, Margaret focuses on creating innovative games and gifts for kids, leveraging extensive experience in art direction and play testing. Previous experience includes consulting project management at Mollybee Kids, and significant roles at Little Passports, Peaceable Kingdom, Weldon Owen Publishing, and Henry Holt & Company, where Margaret contributed to the development and success of various children's games and publications. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston College and has participated in a study abroad program at the University of Sydney.
