Melody Tan

Melody Tan has extensive experience in various leadership roles. In 2022, they joined Kinship as the COO. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as an Independent Advisor. Before that, they held significant positions at Viacom, including COO of Viacom International from 2017 to 2020. Melody also served as the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Operations at MTV-Vh1-Logo and as the Senior Vice President of Content Distribution and Marketing, Strategy, and Business Development. Melody started their career at Oliver Wyman as a Consultant, where they developed growth strategies for companies in various industries. Melody also worked at Corporate Decisions, Inc. as a Consultant, where they specialized in developing growth strategies for companies in different sectors.

Melody Tan's education history includes obtaining a BA in East Asian Studies from Harvard University. Additionally, they pursued an MBA degree at Harvard Business School.
