Greg Aff

Greg Aff is an experienced sales and project management professional with a career spanning several decades in the construction and hardware industries. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for the Contract Department at Kinship Group since February 2022, Greg previously held the position of Director of Project Management & Engineering for the Western Region at Washington Architectural Hardware, where responsibilities included staff development and training in the Contract Sales and Engineering Departments. Prior to that, Greg was the General Manager at King Door & Hardware, overseeing staff development and implementing operational systems. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Contract Sales Representative at JDS, Inc. and working as a Detailer and Purchasing Agent at Cascade Steel Door & Hardware, where expertise included project management, estimating, and detailing for commercial construction products. Greg's educational background includes training at the Lake Washington Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1985.
