Rachael Sherrington is a Senior Project Worker at Kinship. Rachael previously worked as a Project Worker within Grandparents Plus' Kinship Connect project, which aimed to build a community of interest for kinship carers and provide kinship carers with peer-to-peer support through an enhanced network of peer-led support groups. The aim was to improve mental and physical health outcomes of kinship carers by reducing the loneliness and social isolation felt by many and increasing their resilience.
