Tammy Gotwalt

Tammy Gotwalt has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Assistant Controller at Kinsley Properties since July 2015, Tammy has held roles including Senior Accountant and Property Accountant, specializing in corporate and property accounting, financial statements, and internal controls. Previous experience includes a position as a Staff Accountant at CBY Systems, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budget management, and compliance. Tammy also worked as an Accountant at David A. Welber, CPA, focusing on bookkeeping and tax preparation, and was an Accounting Manager at Bailey Leasing, Inc., overseeing accounts receivable and payable, month-end reconciliations, and various administrative tasks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Accounting Management from the Consolidated School of Business.
