Lily Baiser MS, OTR/L

Lily Baiser MS, OTR/L has a diverse work experience in the field of occupational therapy. Lily currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer and co-founder of Kinspire, a pediatric support platform that offers virtual occupational therapy. Lily'srole involves making occupational therapy accessible, affordable, and practical for families. Prior to that, Lily worked as an Occupational Therapist at Launchpad Therapy starting in 2017. Lily also worked at Groton Integrated Therapies as an Occupational Therapist from 2009 to 2013 and at OTA-Wakefield as an Occupational Therapist from 2009 to 2010. In addition, Lily gained experience as an Occupational Therapist at Bright Beginnings for Kids Learning Center LLC from 2008 to 2009 and at Making Milestones Speech and Language Pathology P.C. from 2007 to 2009.

Lily Baiser earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Lily then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist at New York University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
