Carolyn Eagen is the CEO and Founder of Kinstak, a private cloud storage platform for parents and military families. Carolyn is also an author candidate and subject matter expert in data storytelling and military family legacies. Prior to Kinstak, Carolyn held various roles at TD SYNNEX, including IBM Embedded Solutions - North America Sr. Manager and Sr. Vendor Enablement Manager for Cisco. Carolyn successfully increased revenue and decreased costs while leading teams and implementing data insights. Carolyn also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Saint Leo University, an Account Executive at Capgemini, and a Business Development Executive at Convergence Consulting Group. Carolyn has experience in sales management, marketing, and relationship-building. Before that, they served as a Senior Director of Admissions at the Art Institute of Salt Lake City and as an Enrollment Manager at the University of Phoenix. Carolyn began their career as the President and Founder of mPlace,Inc, overseeing sales and operations. Carolyn also worked as a Corporate Sales Liaison at THE BERKLEY GROUP, INC. In their various roles, Carolyn has demonstrated their ability to drive growth, develop strategic alliances, and deliver successful projects.

Carolyn Eagen's education history begins with their completion of the Y Combinator Startup School's Y Combinator Startup School Program in 2020. Prior to that, in 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Florida.
