Monika Braxatoris

Monika Braxatoris, ACC, has over 21 years of experience in human resources and executive coaching. Monika is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Kinstellar since May 2022. Previously, they worked at Varian as a Global Senior HR Business Partner from May 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Regional HR Manager, CEE at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from October 2016 to April 2020.

In addition to their corporate roles, Braxatoris also founded Braxatoris Executive & Organization coaching in 2016, where they provided executive coaching services to help individuals and organizations improve performance and achieve peak results.

Before that, they held senior HR positions at BNP Paribas and General Electric, where they managed various aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

Monika Braxatoris, ACC, holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Monika also holds a B.A. in Psychology and Marketing from the University of Maryland, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. In 2014, they obtained their ICF certified Executive and Career Coach Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation.
