Oleg Matiusha

Oleg Matiusha is a prominent legal professional with extensive experience in projects, infrastructure, real estate, and construction. Currently serving as a Partner at Kinstellar since April 2018, Oleg previously held significant roles at DLA Piper, including Counsel and Head of the Infrastructure & Transportation sector, as well as Legal Director and Senior Associate. Oleg's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Baker and McKenzie and a three-month secondment as acting head of the legal department at McDonald's Ukraine Ltd. Oleg has also provided in-house legal counsel for Consortium Ukrindustry and contributed to the development of the Hyatt Regency Kiev hotel as the deputy head of the legal department at Sofia Kyiv. Oleg's legal expertise encompasses business law, contracts, foreign investments, construction, and real estate transactions. Oleg obtained a Master's degree in Law from Kyiv National Economics University.
