Michael Santos, CTO has over 10 years of professional experience, holds a Computer Engineering degree, is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Santos has experience architecting, implementing and managing business solutions such as Enterprise Project Management, Enterprise Content Management, Portals and Collaboration and Findability (Search) that encompass project management, release management, information governance, business and information technology integration, Identity and Access Management (I&AM), Virtualization and Business Intelligence. In addition, Mr. Santos has working knowledge in Earned Value Management methodologies used in the Public Sector and best practices in IT governance. Mr. Santos has worked on a variety of projects, from small-team implementations to large-scale system implementation projects where he has delivered solutions that suits the needs, requirements and satisfaction of his clients.
