Barbara Torso Larsen

Barbara Torso Larsen has an extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Barbara is currently serving as the Director of Finance at KION Group since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Finance Manager at KION Group from August 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining KION Group, Barbara worked at Faurecia Exhaust System starting from June 2018. During their tenure, they held the role of Global Finance Manager from February 2021 to August 2022, responsible for managing financial operations at a global level. Previously, they served as a Plant Controller Manager from 2018 to February 2021, overseeing the financial aspects of a plant with over 300M$ sales per year and leading a team of 5 finance professionals and over 800 employees.

Prior to Faurecia, Barbara worked at Valeo Front End Module - Thermal Systems US as a Plant Controller Manager and Finance Program Team Member from March 2015 onwards. Barbara also took on the role of Plant Manager interim for more than 6 months.

At Valeo Sistemas Automotivos, Front End Module, Barbara served as a Plant Controller Manager from July 2013 to February 2015. Barbara also gained experience as a Financial Controller (interim) at Valeo Sistemas Automotivos Ltda. PTS - PCE Components Brazil from July 2014 to December 2014.

Barbara's early career included roles at Valeo - THS Powertrain Thermal Syst. BRAZIL, where they worked as a Business Management Controller from May 2011 to December 2013 and as an Industrial Cost Controller from December 2007 to May 2011. Barbara also served as a Logistic Physical Flow Coordinator at Valeo - THS Powertrain Thermal Syst. BRAZIL from February 2007 to December 2007.
